Position: Brand Manager (BM) Feed and Ruminants

The Brand Manager will collaborate with the Marketing Manager, FAB Brand Manager, and other teams to develop and implement strategic marketing plans and launch initiatives. The goal is to achieve brand value, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.

Functions, Duties, and Tasks:

1. Achieve sales and earnings targets for assigned brands and products under supervision.
2. Identify customer needs and develop strategies and activities to meet them.
3. Create and maintain the Brand Plan for Poultry Feed Additive and Ruminants Products for budgeting and strategic decisions.
4. Ensure compliance with Good Promotional Practices (GPP).
5. Coordinate with Marketing and Administrative teams to produce promotional materials, ensuring proper approval and documentation.
6. Organize marketing events and symposiums, including customer sponsorships and promotional material creation.
7. Manage brand promotions and expenditures.
8. Work with supply chain to ensure product availability and accurate forecasting.
9. Present brand information to internal teams and external audiences.
10. Conduct regular field visits to gather market insights and ensure proper execution of strategies by the sales force.
11. Report adverse events and product complaints per regulatory requirements.
12. Adhere to company policies, including ethics and compliance standards, during customer interactions and product promotions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry, Business, Marketing, or Science.
• At least 5 years of sales and marketing experience in animal health.
• Proven track record in sales and marketing.
