Job description

Responsible for the Development and management of DWI KRAFI's brand activities

Drive the execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and programs from end-to-end process (research, planning, execution, measurement, and evaluation to achieve ROI sales).

Report and analyze marketing data results, develop and evaluate performance metrics to inform future marketing decisions and optimize strategy.

Establish strategic partnerships with influencers (KOL) to enhance brand visibility and increase customer engagement.

2. Lead, Coordinate and work across multifunctional divisions

to facilitate creative development, content support, and analytics, aiming to achieve the expected goals of the marketing plans.

Involved in the development of new products by collaborating with the Production team, resulting in an innovative product portfolio that meets customer needs.

3. Manage the marketing budget smartly and effectively

to ensure the best return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) and accountability.

4. Deliver and supervise all types of DWI KRAFI's brand activities

in alignment with DWI KRAFI's brand identity.

Developed and led a cross-functional team to achieve the brand's vision, with a focus on excellence in marketing and brand differentiation.
