Responsible for the Development and management of DWI KRAFI's brand activities. Drive the execution of marketing plans, campaigns and programs from end-to-end process (research, planning, execution, measurement and evaluation to achieve ROI sales). Report and analyze marketing data results, develop and evaluate performance metrics to inform future marketing decisions and optimize strategy. Established strategic partnerships with influencers (KOL) to enhance brand visibility and increase customer engagement. Lead, coordinate and work across multifunctional division to facilitate creative development, content support and analytics, aiming to achieve the expected goals of the marketing plans. Conduct new product development and innovation strategy with internal parties (Consumer Insight, Research and Development, Business Development and Manufacturing Teams). Manage the marketing budget smartly and effectively to ensure the best return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) and accountability. Deliver and supervise all types of DWI KRAFI's brand activities in alignment with DWI KRAFI's brand identity. Develop and lead a cross-functional team to achieve the brand's vision, with focus on excellence in marketing and brand differentiation.
