A leading brand management company in Indonesia is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to oversee and execute marketing plans, manage brand activities, and coordinate with various departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, project management, and budget oversight. This position offers an opportunity to enhance brand visibility and improve customer engagement through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.
Responsible for the Development and management of DWI KRAFI's brand activities. Drive the execution of marketing plans, campaigns and programs from end-to-end process (research, planning, execution, measurement and evaluation to achieve ROI sales). Report and analyze marketing data results, develop and evaluate performance metrics to inform future marketing decisions and optimize strategy. Established strategic partnerships with influencers (KOL) to enhance brand visibility and increase customer engagement.
2. Lead, Coordinate and work across multifuctional division to facilitate creative development, content support and analytics, aiming to achieve the expected goals of the marketing plans. Conduct new product development and innovation strategy with internal parties (Consumer Insight, Research and Development, Business Development and Manufacturing Teams).
3. Manage the marketing budget smartly and effectively to ensure the best return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) and accountability
4. Deliver and supervise all types of DWI KRAFI's brand activities in alignment with DWI KRAFI's brand identity. Developed and led a cross-functional team to achieve the brand's vision, with focus on excellence in marketing and brand differentiation.
