BRAND MANAGER / ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER ALAM SUTERA

Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement the marketing strategy and achieve the qualitative and quantitative objectives defined by the senior management in order to build brand equity.
• Oversee the launch and build product pillars.
• Prepare and implement marketing plans while respecting the A&P budget in a selective distribution environment.
• Analyze product launches and marketing campaigns, measuring return on investment to implement corrective actions and new orientations if necessary.
• Demonstrate strong brand management skills in the skin care category.
• Possess a good taste for design and an eye for local beauty products in Indonesia.

Requirements:

• Analytical spirit and very rigorous with a high sense for details.
• Creative with digital skills for SEM and social platforms back office management.
• Good sense of skin care aesthetics and cosmetics market.
• Plan and execute brand strategy in all communication and media actions across all channels.
• Create and manage promotional activities while maintaining product branding.
• Manage the budget for advertisements and promotional items.
• Analyze competitor and customer insights.
