About the role

This contract Brand Manager role at PT Diamulia Internusa offers an exciting opportunity to manage the brand strategy and marketing development for products that we carry. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving the brand vision, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and continuously enhancing brand equity.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement effective brand strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty
2. Oversee the creation and distribution of brand-related content, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints
4. Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor actions to identify opportunities for brand improvement
5. Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation
6. Manage brand assets, guidelines, and toolkits to maintain brand integrity
7. Provide guidance and support to other teams to ensure brand alignment

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a brand management or marketing role, preferably within the Marketing & Communications industry
2. Strong understanding of brand strategy, development, and positioning
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
4. Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive strategic decision-making
5. Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging brand content and campaigns
6. Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
7. Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing business environment
