A leading company is seeking a skilled brand manager to drive brand strategies and oversee campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and performance analytics to enhance brand presence in the market.
Develop and implement brand strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer engagement.
Lead end-to-end brand campaign planning, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Conduct market research, consumer analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and trends.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R & I, Sales, and Third Parties (Agency) to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Manage external agencies and vendors to support branding, advertising, and promotional efforts.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and brand health metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Oversee budget planning and allocation for branding initiatives.
Act as brand guardian, ensuring all touchpoints reflect brand values and tone of voice.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or strategic marketing roles.
Strong understanding of brand development, consumer insights, and integrated marketing communications.
Proven experience in managing successful brand campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
Proficient in marketing analytics tools, campaign performance reporting, and digital trends.
Agile, detail-oriented, and highly organized with a proactive mindset.
