A leading company in the food and beverage industry in Indonesia is looking for a Brand Manager to strengthen market presence and manage brand performance. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG sector and a strong grasp of market research. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead new product launches and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market presence and drive growth
Manage existing brands of Arum Nirwana Global, ensuring consistent performance and profitability
Lead new brand/product development initiatives, from concept to market launch
Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities and trends
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and communication strategies
Monitor brand performance, sales data, and competitor activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, finance) and external partners (distributors, agencies, customers)
Ensure all brand activities align with company objectives and regulatory standards
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant/Junior Brand Manager or in a similar role within FMCG industry
Proven track record in managing established brands and launching new products
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market research, and brand positioning
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills
Strong leadership and communication skills to work across teams and external stakeholders
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
