Responsibilities
- Study and analyze the market potential over a one-year period.

- Monitor the profitability of each product/brand and anticipate strategic changes.
- Continuously evaluate ATL/BTL channels to ensure brand relevance.
- Regularly monitor STD and STT.
- Create in-store promotional programs and ensure their fulfillment.
