About the role
We are seeking a highly talented and driven Brand Manager to join our team at PT Mustika Ratu, Tbk'. As a full-time brand manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and growth of our skin care product portfolio. Based in Pancoran Jakarta Raya, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a leading consumer goods company.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to build and strengthen our skin care brands
  • Conduct market research, consumer insights analysis and competitor intelligence to identify opportunities for brand development
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from conceptualisation to launch and beyond
  • Lead the creation of impactful brand assets, including packaging, advertising, and digital content
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in marketing, sales, and operations to ensure seamless brand execution
  • Monitor and analyse brand performance, making data-driven recommendations to optimise marketing activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management from skin care/beauty/personal care/cosmetics category with at least 1 year as Brand Manager is a must
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective brand strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Creative mindset and a keen eye for design and visual branding
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and data analytics software
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal
