We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic #Marketing team.

About the role

In this role as Brand Manager, you will be an integral player within the Combiphar Health & Wellness Marketing team based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

What you will do
  • Lead and manage the marketing planning and strategy which translated into Business and Brand metrics.
  • Manage end-to-end (develop - monitor - execution - review) Brand Communication Strategies and Marketing Campaigns (quarter, semester, annual) aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Develop and manage Brand Portfolio to maximize business growth both fundamentals and NPDs.
  • Develop, manage and monitor Brand Budget - analyze monthly planning & spending.
  • Manage end-to-end consumer engagement strategy across campaigns and touch points (e-commerce, in store, media, consumer promo, etc.).
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team (Business Development, Consumer Insight, Trade Marketing, Sales and agencies) and other marketing team for product innovation, pricing strategy, and promotional plans to strengthen market competitiveness.
What you will need
  • Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Marketing especially in FMCG Industries - Food Category (Multinational is a plus).
  • Proven track record of successfully growing/ managing brands and product innovation and experience in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategies is a plus.
  • Good analytical skills and with the ability to interpret market data/ consumer insights and translate the analysis into an actionable plan.
  • Experience working with cross-functional/cross-discipline stakeholders, and drafting and leading communication plans for internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in business and brand reporting, trend monitoring and developing an improvement plan.
