Job description

We are currently seeking a Brand Manager who will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Lead Dental Appliance Care business.
  • Develop short/mid/long term brand strategy and plans aligned with regional and global teams.
  • Adopt global innovation projects and develop locally, closely working with cross-functional teams composed of Marketing, Artwork, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Supply Chain.
  • Implement Connection and Activation plans.
  • Ensure executional continuation of current launches and on-going business, including leading the holistic connection planning involving TV, Digital/Social aligned with Trade Marketing, dCommerce, and Expert team.
  • Significantly enhance DAC digital campaigns by monitoring key metrics and identifying opportunities through winning executions from successful markets and 'test and learn’.
  • Pharmacovigilance, Digital Registry, and Management Monitoring of brand website and social accounts.
  • Strict adherence to NPI, Change Control, Artwork, Regulatory, Quality, Legal, and Compliance processes.
  • Support the Oral Health category in data-generation, insighting, analysis, and brand performance monitoring.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • University graduate, preferably related to Marketing or Business Management
  • 2 years of experience in the related field
