Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or other relevant major.

At least 2 or 3 years of experience in Marketing within the cosmetics and skincare industry.

Creative in developing compelling and relevant marketing strategies, both online and offline.

Able to work in a fast-paced working environment, dynamic, and detail-oriented.

Strong understanding of cosmetics and beauty industry trends.

Skills in social media management, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Able to manage a team effectively and productively to produce optimal marketing programs that align with the clinic's or outlet premium image.

Good attitude to connect with others, self-driven to complete tasks and high initiative to take action.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Make a plan and develop effective, compelling, and unique marketing strategies to support company growth.
  • Monitor and develop campaigns across various digital and non-digital platforms.
  • Conduct market research to analyze current and future trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Understand market trends and conduct research on competitors.
  • Manage sales and inventory reports.
