About the role

As a Brand Manager at PT Ocean Centra Furnindo, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand identity and positioning of our market-leading furniture company. This full-time position is based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, and offers the opportunity to drive innovative brand strategies that resonate with our target audience.

What you'll be doing

Developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen brand awareness, loyalty, and market competitiveness

Overseeing the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, content, and promotional materials that align with the brand's vision and values

Analysing market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform brand positioning and decision-making

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, advertising, and digital, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

Monitoring and evaluating the performance of brand initiatives, making data-driven adjustments to optimise results

Representing the brand at industry events, trade shows, and other customer-facing activities

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the furniture or home decor industry

Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behaviour

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and defend brand concepts

Proficiency in data analysis, research, and insights generation to inform brand decision-making

Creative problem-solving skills and a proven track record of delivering successful brand campaigns

Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
