BRAND MANAGER

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
2. Experience in product marketing manager (min. 3 years) preferably in the beauty industry
3. Understanding of the beauty market and consumer behavior
4. Strong industry connections: Established relationships with influencers, KOLs, celebrities, and media
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
6. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
8. Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute marketing plans for beauty products
2. Manage product launch campaigns and create key points for educational products
3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance along with creating educational content scripts
4. Build timeline to fulfill product or campaign needs
5. Collaborate with product development to align products with market demands
6. Create compelling product messaging and marketing materials
7. Stay updated on beauty industry trends
8. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, analysis customer insight/trends, marketing best practices to build successful strategies
9. Review and conduct market research report and analysis to direct marketing strategy.
