Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's in Visual Communication Design or related field
• Portfolio with at least 5 projects showing briefs and outcomes
• 1–3 years of graphic design experience in-house or agency

Responsibilities

• Produce visual assets for social media, digital banners, ad creative, presentations and print materials
• Turn briefs from marketing, product, or clients into design concepts and execute them through to production-ready files
• Maintain brand guidelines across outputs including logo usage, colour, typography, and visual tone
• Prepare alternative design versions for A/B testing and revise them based on feedback or performance data
• Keep working files and digital assets organised for easy reuse by the team
• Coordinate with copywriters, social media officers, and print vendors to ensure final output matches specs
• Follow visual trends and propose ways to raise the quality of the company's design work
