Job description

The Brand Executive is responsible for planning and executing brand events, managing offline brand visibility, and creating marketing materials. This role involves analyzing campaign effectiveness, collaborating with brand partners, ensuring brand consistency across teams, and monitoring KOL and community performance to enhance brand engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Conceptualize, plan, execute, and monitor brand events and activations to create impactful experiences that engage the target audience.
  2. Provide briefs to the creative team and manage the exposure of events across social media platforms for maximum visibility.
  3. Analyze the effectiveness of events and activations, adjusting strategies as needed.
  4. Oversee and monitor brand presence across offline channels, ensuring that visibility aligns with overall brand strategy.
  5. Ensure that marketing materials and brand touchpoints at retail or physical locations are consistent with the brand's positioning.
  6. Lead the design, production, and distribution of marketing collateral, including e-catalogs, brochures, wobblers, headers, and other promotional items.
  7. Collaborate with the creative team, designers, and vendors to ensure materials are produced to standards and align with the brand's visual identity.
  8. Assess the performance and effectiveness of brand campaigns through data analysis, KPIs, and ROI measurement.
  9. Provide recommendations for optimizing future campaigns and improving brand engagement.
  10. Manage relationships with brand partners for co-branded campaigns, giveaways, Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) promotions, and other collaborative marketing initiatives.
  11. Ensure smooth execution of joint marketing activities and monitor their effectiveness.
  12. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and digital marketing, to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  13. Communicate brand guidelines to all teams, ensuring consistency in tone, design, and messaging across all platforms.
  14. Oversee the performance and effectiveness of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and community influencers as part of the brand’s marketing strategy.
  15. Develop and monitor metrics to assess the impact of KOL collaborations on brand awareness and engagement.

What You'll Need

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or related fields, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
  3. Experience in mom and baby products, or related industries is highly desirable.
  4. Proven experience in brand marketing, event planning, or related fields.
  5. Strong knowledge of both digital and offline marketing strategies.
  6. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to manage KOL contracts and partnerships.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  8. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  9. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Willing to Work From Office (Mon - Fri) at Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
