Responsibilities

As a Brand Executive Staff, you will play a vital role in implementing and managing brand strategies to achieve company goals. Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure brand campaigns are executed effectively and in alignment with Diamond & Co.'s luxury positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies with the Brand Manager and Deputy GM Marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze Month-To-Date (MTD) performance for brand improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Event & PR, Visual Merchandise, Partnerships, Marketing Communications) to implement brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with operations and boutique teams to achieve MTD targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners for branding initiatives.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to Brand Guidelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitor positioning.
  • Oversee in-store branding activities and conduct boutique visits to maintain brand consistency.
  • Manage partnerships and ensure MDSV (Media, Design, Signage, and Visual) needs are met.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on brand program performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or other relevant fields.
  • 24-35 years old.
  • Minimum of 2 years as an Event & Public Relations/Marketing Communications Manager.
  • Strong understanding of brand and marketing strategy.
  • Familiarity with the luxury industry.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and ERP systems or similar platforms.
