Consumer Insights and Data Analysis: Collect and analyze consumer insights through data analytics, surveys, and market research to understand customer behavior, trends, and preferences.
Strategic Brand Planning: Develop actionable brand strategies based on consumer insights to strengthen brand positioning and support marketing decisions.
Stakeholder Communication and Project Management: Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations, and coordinate with external agencies to execute brand research projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in customer insight, market research, or a commercial environment.
Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiar with putting together data from multiple sources to tell a story.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to develop strategy/decisions.
Experienced in managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research.
Proven understanding of different insight approaches and tools.
