Job description
  • Consumer Insights and Data Analysis: Collect and analyze consumer insights through data analytics, surveys, and market research to understand customer behavior, trends, and preferences.
  • Strategic Brand Planning: Develop actionable brand strategies based on consumer insights to strengthen brand positioning and support marketing decisions.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Project Management: Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations, and coordinate with external agencies to execute brand research projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in customer insight, market research, or a commercial environment.
  • Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with putting together data from multiple sources to tell a story.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to develop strategy/decisions.
  • Experienced in managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Proven understanding of different insight approaches and tools.
  • Job location: on-site at our HO in Tangerang, Banten.
