This role is responsible for:
- Contributing to creating marketing strategies for the assigned brands.
- Planning and implementing ATL, BTL, and digital activities such as producing communication materials, in-store activations, event activations, sponsorship, sampling, digital campaigns, etc.
- Organizing, attending, and supervising marketing-related activities or events.
- Liaising with all stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure all marketing initiatives are running well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Brand Manager in planning, implementing, and evaluating assigned brands (ATL, BTL, and digital) activities such as production videos, events, sampling, promotional activities, and digital campaigns.
- Assisting the Brand Manager in monitoring and reviewing marketing spending on a regular basis.
- Monitoring and analyzing internal sales data on a regular basis.
- Collaborating with the respective sales team for promotional mechanisms, trade promotions, and all in-store activities.
- Liaising with external parties (i.e., vendors, agencies, EO, etc.) to execute marketing activities.
- Involved in and liaising with relevant teams to ensure new product development is progressed as planned.
- Contributing to conceptualizing and initiating marketing campaigns across all channels and platforms such as offline consumer promotions and digital campaigns (social media, influencers, media placement, etc.).
- Assisting in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, competitors’ activities, conversion rates, KPI, etc.) to help sharpen marketing strategies in the future.
- Regularly conducting market visits to check availability, visibility, and competitor activities to gain insights for reviewing and crafting marketing plans.
