What You’ll Do
- Lead the development of creative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, and content across platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to align creative strategies with business objectives.
- Manage and mentor designers, copywriters, and other creatives to deliver high-impact results.
- Ensure all creative output is on-brand, visually compelling, and meets high standards of quality.
- Present ideas and creative concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to keep our work fresh and relevant.
- Oversee creative timelines and ensure on-time delivery of all assets.
- Bring a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the FMCG and personal care space to shape campaigns that resonate with our audience.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working with FMCG and/or personal care brands, with a portfolio that demonstrates consumer-focused creative excellence.
- 3–5+ years of experience in a creative or brand role, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership position.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative vision, storytelling, and execution across digital, print, and in-store experiences.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and a solid understanding of content production workflows.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to both inspire and be inspired.
