Responsibilities :
- Leading communication by using both conventional and digital media as a way for BP-AKR to shape the brand image of BP-AKR retail products.
- Lead and execute the development of brand materials and communications for BP-AKR retail in Indonesia.
- Oversee project schedules, budget estimates and Brand & Communications work program updates.
- Overseeing the performance and optimization of all digital communications in the delivery of brand awareness communications on social media for new fuel products - BP Fuels.
- Oversee the development of a multi-channel digital marketing plan that integrates traditional marketing plans and communication calendars.
- Lead marketing through the Indonesian retail website and ensure up-to-date content related to the BP-AKR product brand.
- Lead the customer journey to attract customers to make continuous purchases at BP-AKR.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree with a major in Marketing or related field.
- Have min. 8 (eight) years, working with international brands with emphasis on advertising, brand and communication management.
- Experience working with external agencies and in the commercial field.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
- Experience in social marketing activities and project management skills.
- Experienced in communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
