We are looking for a Brand Communication Executive who will be based in Jakarta.

Your ‘day to day’

  • Assist Brand Manager in the development and implementation of Indonesia's IQOS marketing campaign plans.
  • Driving IQOS campaign to strengthen Awareness & Equity Building as well as program awareness (Acquisition, Retention, Route-to-Market)
  • Develop campaign communication based on brief from project owner i.e. portfolio/ consumer experience/ commercial team. Ensure quality execution on all brand related campaign activities and are in line with local regulations.
  • Develop and ensure development of regular cycle change campaign activities (offline & online); This includes develop campaign mix & visual renewal, proofprint, etc.
  • Monitor the market, analyze the statistics and provide the Brand Manager with accurate information concerning IQOS awareness & NPS related to specific program initative. Propose necessary changes in order to develop improvement on the marketing campaign plan.
  • Track and closely monitor Awareness Program budget

Who we’re looking for

  • Require a minimum of Bachelor’s degree, preferably from Business, Marketing, Management, Advertising major
  • Min. 3 years of experience working in Brand/Consumer/Commercial/Digital Content related projects
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Good analytical & strategic thinking
  • Very strong learning agility, mindset and capability
  • Very strong creative thinking
  • Strong influencing / interpersonal skills (for cross-function alignment)
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
