A leading consumer goods company is seeking a Brand Activation Manager to plan and coordinate consumer promo programs in Jakarta Utara. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors and strong skills in event and community management. This opportunity combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to achieve targeted outcomes.
Plan, implement, organize and evaluate the implementation and coordinate Consumer Promo program activities in accordance with the budget, program timeline with the aim of the program being implemented on time and the Consumer Promo program targets can be achieved.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Marketing Communication or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Brand Activation Manager in Pharmaceutical Company or FMCG Company
Exhibit strong proficiency in Event Management, Community Management, Partnership, and Sponsorship strategies.
Demonstrate good communication skills (good ability to convey or share ideas, advice, and articulate them effectively).
Good interpersonal skills, organized, and detail-oriented.
