JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Task Management
- Develop the annual Brand Activation plan based on each brand’s business objectives to ensure that activation initiatives run effectively and align with the Brand strategy.
- Ensure that the activation strategies and concepts are aligned with the brand playbook and directions, so that the activation events reflect each brand’s character and achieve the brand communication objectives.
- Review, filter, and assess activation event proposals by considering the Brand Playbook to ensure the events are effective and aligned with each brand’s characteristics and business goals.
- Evaluate and approve activation event concepts and plans proposed by the Brand Activation team or vendors (EO/Event Committee), ensuring that the events are executed optimally and align with the brand’s objectives.
- Plan, control, monitor, and evaluate the execution of activation events to ensure they are carried out effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with the goals set by the Brand team.
- Review the procurement and use of promotional materials to ensure effective management and utilization that is purposeful and well-targeted.
- Plan operations and monitor the process of introducing products to consumers by providing samples through mechanisms tailored to Brand Marketing needs, with the goal of increasing product trials among consumers.
- Approve, monitor, and evaluate the performance of vendors (EOs, suppliers, etc.) related to brand activation and provide feedback through the Strategic Procurement Team to ensure the selected vendors meet the project activation requirements.
- Lead partnerships and relationships with partners and conduct negotiations to maximize the benefits the company receives from such collaborations.
- Create, develop, and socialize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Brand Activation activities to all relevant stakeholders to ensure standardized operations.
People Management
- Plan and manage subordinates’ work activities (activity plans), including manpower planning, to optimize team performance.
- Manage employee development activities consisting of 70% experience, 20% exposure, and 10% education to achieve competency development goals for subordinates.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Activation or Brand Marketing
- Strong understanding of Marketing Strategy and Brand Activation.
- Knowledge of Brand and Marketing Communication & ability to translate it into Brand Activation plans.
- Proven ability to lead and conduct negotiations with external partners.
- Capable of conducting data analysis and presenting summary reports effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to plan and execute marketing events and on-ground activation activities.
- Experience in executing Brand Activation initiatives such as sampling, sponsorships, HORECA programs, etc.
