As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Brand Activation Manager to lead and execute strategic initiatives that elevate our brand presence and drive impactful campaigns. If you’re a beauty enthusiast with a sharp eye for trends, strategy, and storytelling—this is your calling.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated brand activation strategies that enhance brand visibility and relevance.
  • Oversee PR and media planning efforts to ensure consistent and engaging brand narratives across all digital and offline channels.
  • Manage the offline activations content creation and storytelling to support Timephoria’s brand image and values.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key media partners, KOLs, and to drive impactful product launches and brand campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize activation strategies for greater impact.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proven min. 5 years of experience in Project Management and Public Relations.
  • Experience in handling 360 marketing strategy.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong passion for the beauty industry.
  • Willing to do full WFO from Mega Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan.
