Branch Operations Supervisor - West Java Area

What you will do:

As a Branch Operations Supervisor at Bobobox, with supervision from the Branch Operations Manager, you supervise the end-to-end operational aspects for Bobobox’s branches, spearhead the strategies, supervise the branches operations team, and execute plans across several functions. This role reports directly to the Branch Operations Manager of Bobobox. You’ll arrive in a career experience of building teams from scratch and branch operations’ systems that tie directly to the core business of the organization.

You will fit in this job if you:

1. Hold a diploma or an undergraduate degree in hospitality or a related field.
2. Are willing to work based in a selected area with frequent travel.
3. Have proven experience at a supervisory level in a hotel for a minimum of 2 years.
4. Have proven experience in hotel pre-opening projects (this is an advantage).
5. Possess good communication and analytical skills.
6. Have the ability to engage with vendors and stakeholders.
7. Understand the hotel business process.
8. Have attention to detail and a curiosity obsession.
9. Are proficient in using email, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
10. Exhibit excellent learning skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resolving issues and are results-driven.
