Job summary

PT Bank JTrust Indonesia, Tbk is seeking an experienced Branch Audit Lead to oversee the audit work plan, programs, and budget for branch audits in Indonesia. You will supervise audits, ensure data privacy, and lead cross-branch thematic audits in a risk-based framework.

You will provide insights on audit trends and control weaknesses, present to the IA Division Head, and drive high-quality reporting and QAIP activities across branch operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of experience as an Auditor, including 7 years in Branch Audit within banking.
• Proven leadership skills in managing subordinates.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, governance, risk management, internal controls, data privacy and digital resilience.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills for cross-branch risk trends and governance evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare audit work plan, schedule, and budget for branch audits and obtain approvals.
• Develop branch audit programs aligned with annual IA work plan and obtain approvals.
• Supervise branch audits per approved program, adhering to regulations (SEOJK, POJK) and RBI guidance using Risk-Based Audit.
• Ensure customer data privacy compliance in branch operations.
• Develop Continuous Monitoring for KRIs at branches to detect real-time anomalies.
• Direct cross-branch thematic audits (teller ops, onboarding, cash mgmt, compliance, service quality) and integrate risk assessments and findings.
• Provide early warnings and insights on audit trends, control weaknesses, and material risks to IA Division Head.
• Conduct audit exit meetings and prepare high-quality audit reports per standards and regulations.
• Monitor corrective actions in response to audit findings issued by Branch Operation Audit Dept., OJK, and external firms.
• Advise on effectiveness of branch operations and internal controls; assess use of computerized systems for efficiency.
• Oversee branch audit methodology, working papers, and reporting; support QAIP implementation.
• Assess preparedness for operational disruptions via Business Continuity Plan; conduct risk assessments for annual audit plan.
• Propose improvements to methodologies and procedures within the Branch Operation Audit Department.
