Job Descriptions
  1. Direct all sales and marketing initiatives in the branch.
  2. Assess local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
  3. Assess competitors’ pricing and sales initiatives.
  4. Achieve goals and metrics (NPS, improve grades).
  5. Collaborate with the Sales Team to drive sales.
  6. Oversee all facilities and operational aspects, including product distribution (modules, merchandise, app access).
  7. Oversee customer experience (end-to-end customer journey).
  8. Coordinate and manage branch staff (admin, teachers, security, office staff).
  9. Collaborate with the Product Team on application-related matters.
  10. Manage the academic process in the branch (scheduling, quality control, pedagogy, class ratings).
  11. Preferably able to teach classes (Economics, Bahasa Indonesia, Physics) on an ad-hoc basis.
Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s Degree from any major in a reputable university.
  2. Preferably able to teach classes (Economics, Bahasa Indonesia, Physics) on an ad-hoc basis.
  3. 1-3 years of leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations (preferably in educational or startup companies).
  4. Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  5. Detail-oriented and customer service focused.
  6. Good knowledge of people management.
  7. Some knowledge or experience in K-12 Education.
