Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment company, is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in the Testing and Inspection Services Company. As part of its business expansion in Cilegon, our client is seeking a highly experienced and driven Branch Manager (Cilegon) to lead operations and business development across key sectors such as petrochemical, EPC, energy, mining, and oil & gas. This potition will be based in Cilegon, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee branch operations, ensuring profitability and compliance with technical and safety standards.
• Manage project P&L, drive business development, and expand client base in Cilegon and Banten.
• Lead and support Inspection & NDT services, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry standards.
• Handle technical queries, support contract negotiations, and provide on-site project support when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution, certification, and compliance activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in the petrochemical or oil & gas industry, including 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of API, ISO 9712, ASNT SNT-TC-1A, IRATA, and third-party inspection practices.
• Proven experience in technical sales, client handling, and operations management in TIC services.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English.
