Responsibilities
  • Responsible for achieving the branch's profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain a regional network, including generating leads for partnerships and SME financing, qualifying leads, and expanding existing relationships.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop promotional activities to increase sales.
  • Assume a leadership role, monitor daily activities, provide go-to-market strategies, and ensure their execution.
  • Regularly evaluate the performance of all sales, credit, and collection activities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SME or Commercial Banking, specifically in branch management.
  • Proven expertise in managing sales, credit, and collection functions within a banking environment.
  • Experience in managing supply chain business operations is highly desirable.
