Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the branch team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, setting performance targets, and driving motivation to achieve business objectives.


• Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing clients, and ensure long-term customer retention.


• Oversee the end-to-end process of ocean import and export operations, ensuring that all shipments are handled efficiently and in compliance with industry regulations.


• Maintain and strengthen relationships with ocean carriers’ local offices and other key partners in the Semarang market.


• Monitor and manage branch financials, including P&L statements, to ensure profitability. Take proactive measures to manage risks and optimize operational costs.


• Continuously assess and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.


• Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations, handling any necessary documentation for international shipping.


• Mentor and develop branch staff, conducting regular performance reviews and providing training to enhance team capabilities.
