For over 7 years we have been developing education in the children's segment around the world. One of our main goals is to help children find themselves in digital and IT spheres.

Algorithmics is among the top largest EdTech companies in Europe, we are growing intensively from year to year and have no plans to stop.

This year we start our project in Indonesia.

Due to the expansion of the team, we are now in search of a Branch Manager with CONVERSATIONAL English ready to help children and teenagers find something to do in the IT world. Please, pay attention, English is a MUST.

What you will do:

1. Hiring, onboarding, training and control of Sales Executives
2. Tracking and achieving the sales plan
3. Event organization and hosting
4. Analysis and Reports
5. Marketing management
6. Control all marketing activities and provide regular feedback
7. Looking for new marketing opportunities
8. Involvement in offline marketing activities (hiring promoters, printing flyers, etc.)
9. Education Management
10. Control the Lead Tutor
11. Improve retention
12. Find and rent an office for the school
13. Organize repairs
14. Maintain the office
15. Financial management and following the budget
16. Involvement in legal duties

Education: Bachelor degree or higher in Economics or Engineering

Working experience: 2 years as a Sales Manager (not Executive!!), Sales Director, Sales Supervisor, CCO or CEO with confirmed successful results

Ability to effectively build, manage, train, develop, motivate and lead a team.

Knowledge and understanding of the main aspects of running a business (management, finance, marketing/sales, HRM).

Candidates with experience in education, marketing or IT are welcome.

Conditions:

Average monthly income: from 700 US Dollars (salary + %) after Trial period.

Paid training and personal mentor during the work.

Working hours: Saturday - Wednesday, 10:00 - 19:00
