Job description

Our client is an Alat Perkantoran/ATK Services company. Currently, they are looking for a Branch Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve monthly and yearly targets for the branch.
  2. Develop effective local sales strategies based on market potential.
  3. Develop client relationships and manage existing clients.
  4. Conduct product/service demonstrations to potential customers.
  5. Manage the sales pipeline and report progress regularly to central management.
  6. Collaborate with relevant parties for market expansion.
  7. Conduct market mapping and competitor research in the area.
  8. Manage the branch team, including recruitment, interviews, training, and performance evaluation.
  9. Ensure branch operations align with company SOPs.
  10. Create periodic reports (weekly, monthly).
  11. Handle client complaints promptly and effectively.
  12. Coordinate with HO HR, Finance, and Operations teams for branch needs.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Proficiency in conversational English.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience selling B2B services, with at least 3 years as an Area Manager, experienced in team management, digital tools, periodic reporting, and target achievement.
  • Maximum age of 40 years old.
  • Willing to be stationed in Klaten.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, strong management capabilities.
