Our client is an Alat Perkantoran/ATK Services company. Currently, they are looking for a Branch Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and yearly targets for the branch.
- Develop effective local sales strategies based on market potential.
- Develop client relationships and manage existing clients.
- Conduct product/service demonstrations to potential customers.
- Manage the sales pipeline and report progress regularly to central management.
- Collaborate with relevant parties for market expansion.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor research in the area.
- Manage the branch team, including recruitment, interviews, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure branch operations align with company SOPs.
- Create periodic reports (weekly, monthly).
- Handle client complaints promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with HO HR, Finance, and Operations teams for branch needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in conversational English.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience selling B2B services, with at least 3 years as an Area Manager, experienced in team management, digital tools, periodic reporting, and target achievement.
- Maximum age of 40 years old.
- Willing to be stationed in Klaten.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, strong management capabilities.
