Role Description

The Branch Manager role at PT. Jayamandiri Gemasejati is a full-time, on-site position based in Palembang. The Branch Manager oversees daily branch operations, including sales performance, service quality, and spare parts availability, ensuring alignment with company standards and YAMAHA dealership requirements. This role includes leading and developing the branch team, setting performance targets, monitoring key metrics, and implementing initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. The Branch Manager is responsible for maintaining compliance with company policies, managing budgets, coordinating promotional activities, and building strong relationships with customers and local stakeholders. The role also involves regular reporting to senior management and continuous improvement of processes and service delivery at the branch.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and manage branch teams, including setting goals, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in automotive or retail environments.
• Strong skills in operational management, including inventory control, budgeting, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in basic business reporting, data analysis, and use of office productivity tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under time and resource constraints.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
