Indodana mencari Branch Audit Associate untuk mengawasi siklus audit cabang di Jakarta. Tugasnya mencakup identifikasi kecurangan melalui data onboarding dan kredit, inspeksi lapangan, serta pengumpulan bukti kronologi temuan.

Anda akan berkoordinasi dengan manajemen cabang dan tim kepatuhan, dan memantau tindakan perbaikan yang diperlukan. Kandidat diharapkan memahami regulasi fintech Indonesia, dapat bekerja mandiri di lapangan, dan bersedia bepergian ke cabang-cabang remote.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di bidang Akuntansi, Keuangan, Audit, atau hukum.
• Pengalaman 3–5 tahun audit internal atau audit lapangan lebih disukai.
• Latar fintech, perbankan, atau pembiayaan konsumen diutamakan.
• Pengetahuan kuat operasional cabang, khususnya KYC, onboarding, kredit, dan collections.
• Keterampilan menulis laporan dan dokumentasi yang baik.

Responsibilities

• Melaksanakan siklus audit regional secara efektif sesuai jadwal.
• Mengidentifikasi data konsumen terkait akuisisi untuk potensi kecurangan.
• Melakukan inspeksi lapangan terhadap proses akuisisi dan transaksi cabang.
• Mengumpulkan bukti pendukung untuk kronologi temuan.
• Menindaklanjuti temuan dengan pihak terkait terkait pelanggaran.
• Mengkomunikasikan temuan audit kepada manajemen cabang dan tim kepatuhan.
• Memantau pelaksanaan tindakan korektif berdasarkan temuan audit.

Job Description

• Execute regional audit cycles effectively, efficiently, and within the designated timeframes.
• Identify consumer data related to the customer acquisition process to find indications of irregularities, anomalies, or potential fraud.
• Conduct direct field inspections of acquisition processes, applications, sales transactions, and collections performed by branch staff to ensure compliance with internal procedures and minimize business deviations.
• Gather information and supporting evidence to strengthen field findings and ensure complete chronologies are documented so all parties understand the violations and appropriate sanctions.
• Follow up on information received from both internal and external parties regarding work processes that do not comply with procedures.
• Communicate audit findings effectively to relevant parties, including branch managers, compliance teams, and senior audit management.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and improvements based on audit findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Law, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in internal audit, field audit, operational risk, or fraud investigation.
• Professional background in fintech, banking, or consumer finance sectors (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of branch operations, specifically KYC, onboarding, credit applications, and collections.
• High attention to detail and investigative skills to analyze data for anomalies.
• Ability to work independently in the field and travel to remote branch locations.
• Proven skills in professional report writing and documentation.
• Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and professional skepticism.
• Understanding of Indonesian fintech and financial institution regulations.
• Experience with data validation tools or mobile-based audit platforms (preferred).
• Fluency in Indonesian with English proficiency as an added advantage.
