Responsibilities:
1. Project Delivery:

• Business process analysis: Lead BPR projects by identifying process issues, designing to-be business processes, implementing countermeasures, and managing change.
• Digital transformation: Define DX requirements and design DX solutions for digital transformation projects.

2. Business Development:

• Prospecting: Expand relationships beyond existing clients and maintain strong relationships to identify new opportunities.
• Pre-sales: Develop discussion materials and proposals to persuade clients.

3. Team Management:

• Team Building: Encourage skill development among team members as a BPR team sub-leader.
• Self-development: Continuously learn and acquire new skills to support upcoming projects.
