BPO Manager

Lead the construction and management of localized human review teams across global regions, including the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, Latin America, Europe, and North America. The scope includes application, advertising, content moderation, and AIGC-related services.

Oversee the screening, onboarding, and management of overseas BPO suppliers, ensuring effective business alignment, quality delivery, and security risk mitigation.

Supervise daily business operations, including performance monitoring, training, and KPI achievement of the outsourced teams to ensure high service quality and on-time delivery.

Design and enhance content security management systems for overseas operations. Establish collaborative mechanisms across departments and audit levels to improve review efficiency and compliance.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in overseas content security or operations-related roles.

Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.

Deep understanding of overseas BPO workflows and hands-on experience in managing local outsourcing teams.

Strong risk identification skills and sensitivity to global regulatory changes and content policies.

Experience in public opinion crisis management and large team leadership is highly preferred.
