Job Description:
- Monitoring and supervision in the game
- Organize and run events for the community of players, both offline and/or online via social media.
- Perform Customer Service for Game & Billing Related Problems
- Handling player reports regarding technical and non-technical problems online games
- Supervise and manage the gaming community
- Perform localization on game scripts related
- Translation and Game Review (Additional when needed)
Requirements:
- Able to work on shift schedules and weekends
- Having knowledge/expertise about Esport & game trends
- Possesses knowledge/expertise in the Ragnarok Online game is a plus to be priority
- Good in English written/speaking skills to communicate with community and off-site teams.
- Education background minimum Senior High School (SMA)
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar field
- Have high loyalty, responsibility and dedication to work
- Have broad knowledge in gaming experience
- Strong communication and team work skills.
- Thinks creatively and have good initiative
- Possesses basic ability to use text editor software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, HTML, etc.
