Your Role

As a Boutique Supervisor, you’ll be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction reflects excellence. You’ll:

• Master brand knowledge to confidently share insights with customers.
• Deliver service excellence that aligns with our premium standards.
• Build and nurture relationships with both regular and new clientele.
• Supervise boutique operations, including sales activities, inventory management, and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database and track preferences for personalized service.
• Consistently achieve and exceed boutique monthly sales targets.
• Monitor stock inventory and ensure the boutique’s aesthetics and tools are impeccable.

What We’re Looking For

You’re the perfect fit if you have:

• A strong desire for sales excellence, with self-motivation and determination to lead a team effectively.
• At least 2 years of experience in high-end brands, enabling you to serve clients with confidence.
• Robust business knowledge paired with polished professional communication skills.
• A team player mindset while also excelling at independent work.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A Diploma degree from a reputable academy or university.
