Job summary

Elper Development is seeking a BOQ Specialist / Quantity Surveyor Specialist to prepare accurate Bills of Quantities for architectural and construction projects. You will source, negotiate, and purchase materials at the best value while building strong supplier relationships.

Based in Bali or willing to relocate, you should have proven procurement experience, deep knowledge of building materials, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and BOQ preparation for construction/real estate projects.
• Knowledge of local and imported building materials (wood, concrete, stone, finishing).
• Excellent negotiation skills and cost awareness.
• Ability to work with AutoCAD/Excel/Quantity take-off software.

Ensure procurement is aligned with project timelines and budgets.

Collaborate with architecture, MEP, and structure teams to optimize material choices.

Monitor delivery schedules and ensure smooth on-site logistics.

Qualification:

Proven experience in procurement and BOQ preparation (construction/real estate sector preferred).

Strong knowledge of local & imported building materials (wood, concrete, stone, finishing, etc.).

Excellent negotiation skills and cost awareness.

Ability to work with AutoCAD/Excel/Quantity take-off software.

Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.

Based in Bali or willing to relocate.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).
