Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions for various departments: rooms, F&B, events, laundry, etc.
  • Reconcile bank statements, POS systems, and front office reports.
  • Prepare timely financial reports, including daily revenue, cash flow, and balance sheets.
  • Manage accounts payable & receivable, handling vendor payments and B2B collections.
  • Assist in internal & external audits by maintaining comprehensive documentation.
  • Monitor operational expenses to support cost control initiatives.
