Job summary

akulaku group is seeking a Senior Credit Risk Manager to oversee BNPL risk operations, from underwriting to approvals, and to develop data-driven credit policies aligned with risk appetite. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or Engineering.
• 5–8 years in credit roles in banking/fintech, with at least 3 years at Assistant Manager/Manager level.
• Strong understanding of credit processes: screening, scoring, underwriting, modeling, and risk-based pricing.
• Experience managing consumer lending portfolios (BNPL) and implementing credit policies.
• Awareness of OJK regulations and evolving digital lending trends in Indonesia.
• Professional certifications (SPPI, Risk Management, BSMR, Data Analytics) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BNPL credit risk operations (underwriting, screening, approvals).
• Develop and implement credit policies aligned with risk appetite.
• Monitor portfolio performance: FPD, NPL, vintage analysis, roll rate.
• Collaborate with Risk, Collections, Fraud, Data, Product; report to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with OJK regulations; prepare documentation.
• Lead, coach, and develop credit team; manage KPIs.
