We are seeking an experienced BMW General Manager to join our team in Central Jakarta. As the BMW General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our BMW dealership. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work at the heart of our successful and growing automotive business.

What you'll be doing

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of the BMW dealership, including sales, aftersales, customer service, and financial performance

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share

Manage and motivate a high-performing team of sales, service, and support staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Collaborate closely with the wider leadership team to contribute to the overall success of the business

Continuously monitor and analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation

What we're looking for

Significant experience (5+ years) in a senior management role within the automotive industry, preferably in the BMW or premium brand segment

Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Strong financial acumen and strategic decision-making skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluency in English and Indonesian
