POSITION OVERVIEW

This role will handle Budget control process under FET Centre of Excellence (CoE) which manage budget management and reporting by consolidating, providing data, and analytics for budget owners. This role also needs to create process simplification and efficiency by leveraging GAI (Greater Asia and Indonesia)SEAI scale and capabilities. Scope for this role is covering BMI for Indonesia and BMI GAI projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Budget tracking and reporting for BMI
  • Budget latest view vs Actual tracking for BMI
  • BMI forecast consolidation and submission
  • Variance analysis for BMI
  • Prepare and post Judgmental Journals for BMI
  • Engage with respective budget owners to consolidate data input
  • Responsible for managing BMI system planning: BOS/myBMI
  • Lead in any transformation or automation project for GAI BMI Budget Controlling
  • Ensure data hygiene and maintain accuracy in cost reporting including master data governance
  • Main country scopes: Indonesia
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA, CPA, CMA certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of financial experience or similar positions, preferably in FMCG sector.
  • Has solid experience in managing multiple stakeholders including senior stakeholders.
  • Has passion in data analytics and finance system.
SKILLS

  • Strong analytical capabilities with bias to drive action.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to respond under pressure.
  • Ability and drive to work independently and virtually.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional team.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, and knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, or any budgeting tools
  • Fluency in English
