BMC Engineer

• Administration: Install, upgrade, configure, and maintain Control-M software.

• Scheduling: Schedule jobs and monitor and correct issues related to backups, applications, and file transfers.

• Support: Provide technical support for issues and use Control-M utilities.

• Monitoring: Monitor and respond to messages, commands, and data set events.

• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot Control-M administration and scheduling issues.

• Documentation: Document technical solutions and build standard requirements for job testing.

• Infrastructure: Set up and maintain the Control-M infrastructure.

• Disaster recovery: Plan for disaster recovery.

• High availability: Ensure that data is synchronized between cluster nodes.

Job Requirements

• Experience with BMC Control-M
• Analytical skills
• Understanding user requirements, procedures, and problems
• Ability to manage project deliverables and reports
• Ability to set up and maintain infrastructure
