We are seeking an enthusiastic individual passionate about Web3 and blockchain technology. The candidate should have hands-on experience in writing smart contracts (DApps) and ideally staking across various blockchain networks. This person will serve as the primary technical resource for the broader Crypto.com team regarding blockchain networks. As new blockchains are frequently created or introduced, the candidate must research and understand their technical workings and wallet integration features.

The role requires strong practical knowledge of blockchain, particularly in smart contracts (DApps) and staking. Initially, the focus will be on supporting the Solana ecosystem, with potential expansion to others like Cronos and Cronos zkEVM.

Responsibilities

• Understand DApps and deploy, maintain, and monitor smart contracts on Solana/EVM
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of supported blockchains and in-depth knowledge of selected ones
• Research new blockchains supported by the organization
• Keep up-to-date with software upgrades and critical blockchain changes
• Share blockchain and DApps knowledge with internal teams including Engineers, DevOps, Sales, Product Managers, and Customer Success
• Troubleshoot and triage blockchain-specific alerts and issues

Requirements

• Strong client service skills in fast-paced, high-pressure, and dynamic environments
• Experience supporting applications in a 24/7 operational environment
• Good knowledge of blockchain ecosystems and protocol interactions, including DApps
• Hands-on experience with blockchain nodes, smart contracts, staking, governance, and bridges
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Rust, Solidity, JavaScript, Node.js, and Python
• Experience with technical documentation ownership
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Adaptability to varying work conditions
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
