BIOLOGY TEACHER (CAMBRIDGE IGCSE, AS/A LEVEL)

Job Purpose:
Serves as a teacher and is responsible for:

1. All aspects of both academic and non-academic quality, including learning quality, student achievement, student welfare and safety, hygienic environment, personal development and school’s events management.
2. Supporting the Principal in the delivery of strategic and operational objectives of SPM.

Job Qualifications:

1. Possess a minimum of a Bachelor Degree (Master's degree will be an advantage) in Biology Education or related education field.
2. Minimum of 3 (three) years in teaching Biology to Junior & Senior High School.
3. Having minimum 3 years of teaching experience with: Cambridge IGCSE A/AS Level & National Curriculum for Junior and Senior High School.

Knowledge & Character:

1. 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
2. Deep understanding of Cambridge IGCSE, AS/A Level curriculum, and other International curriculum is an advantage.

1. English fluency in both written and oral.
2. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

4. Good classroom management and strong analytical skills in teaching.
