Job summary

PT SMART Tbk (SMART) is a leading palm-based consumer company in Indonesia with a strong commitment to sustainable production. The role is based in Marunda, Bekasi, reporting to the plant operations team and supporting biodiesel production activities.

You will monitor process parameters, maintain equipment, and ensure hygiene and safety while adhering to ISO 9001/22000, HACCP, and halal standards. Shift work and ASAP joining are required.

Qualifications

• Preferably experienced in biodiesel and/or glycerin production industries.
• Candidate must have a Diploma (D3) or equivalent.
• Willing to work shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily biodiesel production activities on site.
• Monitor production parameters during plant operation.
• Fill log sheets and production checklists.
• Take scheduled samples for quality checks.
• Assist engineering or contractors for plant improvements.
• Maintain equipment and keep the work site clean.
• Implement quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, Halal etc.).
• Recommend improvements when identified.
