Job summary

Rukita is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to develop, manage, and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for healthcare properties. You will perform clash detection across disciplines, generate 2D drawings from BIM models when needed, and collaborate with architects and engineers to translate concepts into precise models.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of BIM experience, a degree in Architecture or related field, and strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD; BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of professional BIM Modeler experience, healthcare/hospital projects preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Architecture, Civil/Structural/MEP or related field.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD; experience with BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for large-scale healthcare properties in accordance with project specifications and organizational BIM standards
• Perform regular clash detection and interference checks using Navisworks across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, and actively assist in producing detailed clash reports to facilitate conflict resolution prior to construction
• Generate precise 2D construction drawings, floor plans, sections, and detailed documentation directly from the 3D BIM models if deemed required
• Collaborate closely with the Architects, external consultants, and engineers to accurately translate conceptual designs and clinical workflow requirements into the technical model
• Assist in the visualization of complex healthcare spaces
• Ensure all models and project documents are consistently updated, properly version-controlled, and delivered within established project timelines

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of professional experience as a BIM Modeler, with a strong preference for candidates who have contributed to healthcare, hospital, or complex commercial facility projects
• A Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related field
• Advanced technical proficiency in BIM software, specifically Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Experience with cloud collaboration platforms (e.g., BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud) is highly advantageous
• A solid understanding of Level of Development (LOD) standards and the ability to model complex architectural, structural and MEP elements accurately
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment
